These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bp99c ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available athttps://bp99c.cam and all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications operated under the bp99c brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of bp99c, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

bp99c reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register an account on bp99c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bp99c strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in line with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended bp99c account. Only one account person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You are not an officer, director, employee, contractor, or agent of bp99c or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

bp99c reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending review.

bp99c is required under its international gaming licence to implement Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures for all registered Players. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed, and may also be triggered by deposit thresholds, unusual account activity, or at bp99c's discretion.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bank account or e-wallet registered in your name).
• A selfie or video verification for identity confirmation, where required.

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with bp99c's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, used solely for verification purposes, and not shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensing authority.

bp99c accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment channels:

• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Online
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment channel selected. bp99c does not impose any fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into bp99c must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to other persons are strictly prohibited. bp99c reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your bp99c account.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• bp99c reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows (from request approval):

• DuitNow / FPX: Typically15 minutes to 3 hours for verified accounts.
• Local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong):1 to 6 business hours.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional security checks are required. bp99c does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

bp99c offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, and IP address. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and winings.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 15x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a RM 50 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM 1,000 in total wagers before any winings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• bp99c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused or incomplete bonuses will be removed from accounts upon expiry.
• In the event of a dispute relating to a bonus, bp99c's decision shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bp99c and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any coordinated attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or simulate human activity on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to accumulate winings. Any winings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits in bad faith.

All content on the bp99c Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bp99c or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without bp99c's prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Unauthorised use of bp99c's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp99c shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or system access due to technical failure, maintenance, or cyber incident.
• Interruption to services caused by factors outside bp99c's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, or government-ordered service disruptions.
• Any gambling losses incurred during use of the Platform, whether or not connected to a technical issue.

bp99c makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. While we invest substantially in platform stability and security, no online system can guarantee absolute continuity of service.

bp99c is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity, and bp99c actively works to prevent gambling from causing harm.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict your maximum net loss within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after configured period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your bp99c account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay reminding you of your current session duration and net win/loss position.

bp99c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion applications.
• Following an order instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to Player breach, bp99c reserves the right to void any pending bonuses, free spins, or winings derived from prohibited activity. Any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses subject to breach) shall be returned to the Player via the original deposit method where practicable, subject to bp99c's AML compliance obligations.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, your verified real-money balance will be refunded subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC completion.

bp99c collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bp99c collects personal data to enable account registration, process transactions, perform KYC verification, deliver customer support, and comply with regulatory obligations. bp99c does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bp99c's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bp99c's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by bp99c's licensing authority. You agree to waive any right to initiate or participate in class action proceedings against bp99c.

bp99c reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a material amendment, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account prior to the amendment taking effect.
