Gambling should be fun. At bp99c, we invest in the tools, policies, and support systems that help every Malaysian player stay in control — and know when to reach out for help.
Our Commitment
bp99c has built responsible gambling tools directly into the platform for every registered account. These tools are always accessible, never hidden behind support requests, and designed to be quick to activate. Whether you want to set a daily deposit cap, take a short cooling-off break, or permanently exclude yourself from the platform, you can do it on your own terms — 24 hours a day.
We know that for the vast majority of players, online gaming is a leisure activity they enjoy alongside supporting their favourite teams in the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other major sports. But we also know that a minority of players can develop problems with gambling — and for those individuals, having easy access to support and control tools can make a genuine difference.
bp99c enforces a minimum player age of 21 years across the entire platform, without exception. This is not a voluntary commitment — it is an enforced technical and procedural requirement that applies to every new registration.
Before any deposit or withdrawal is processed, your identity and age must be verified through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We accept valid Malaysian identification including MyKad, passport, and driving licence. Any account where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending documentation.
If a registered account is found to belong to someone under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, any balance will be returned to the originating payment source, and the incident will be escalated in accordance with our licensing obligations.
All of these tools are built into your bp99c account dashboard. They are free to use, take effect immediately or within 24 hours, and do not require you to contact support to activate.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your bp99c account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling period before they apply.
Cap the maximum net loss you are willing to accept within a defined period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your loss limit is reached, your account will be restricted from further wagers until the period resets.
Set a maximum continuous gaming session duration. Once the limit is reached, you will receive a pop-up notification showing your session length and net win or loss — giving you a moment to pause and reflect.
Take a short break from bp99c for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended. The cooling-off period cannot be ended early.
Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from bp99c. Self-exclusion options are available for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Once activated, this cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.
Receive periodic in-session notifications displaying your current session duration, total wagered, and net win or loss. This gives you factual context to make an informed decision about continuing or stopping your session.
All responsible gambling tools on bp99c are accessible directly from your player account. You do not need to contact support to enable them — they are designed to be self-service, available at any time, with no friction.
Access the Platform on desktop or mobile. All responsible gambling tools are available on both interfaces.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
The Responsible Gaming tab contains all available tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off, and self-exclusion.
Choose the tool you need, set your preferred values or duration, and confirm. Most tools take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 7-day waiting period for your protection.
A confirmation will appear on screen and be sent to your registered email address. Save this for your records.
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise in yourself. Here are some common warning signs to be aware of — in your own behaviour or in someone close to you.
Chasing LossesReturning to gamble specifically to recover money you have already lost, often increasing bet sizes to try to win it back faster.
Gambling Beyond Your MeansSpending more money than you can afford to lose, using funds set aside for rent, bills, food, or other essential expenses.
Preoccupation with GamblingThinking about gambling frequently when not playing — planning the next session, calculating odds, or reliving past wins or losses.
Concealing Gambling ActivityHiding your gambling habits, winnings, or losses from family members, friends, or your partner.
Neglecting ResponsibilitiesMissing work, skipping social commitments, or neglecting family obligations due to time spent gambling.
Borrowing to Fund GamblingTaking out loans, asking family or friends for money, or using credit cards specifically to fund gambling activity.
Emotional GamblingGambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety, loneliness, or emotional difficulties — using it as a coping mechanism rather than entertainment.
Failed Attempts to StopTrying to cut down or stop gambling repeatedly but finding it difficult or impossible to follow through.
Ask yourself these questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more, we strongly encourage you to activate one of bp99c's responsible gambling tools or speak to a support professional.
